Are you ready to look at color a whole new way? Whether you’re uncertain when it comes to making color choices for your next project, or you grab fabrics with gusto, Christine will help you hone your “color sense” and give you a whole new perspective when it comes to the color choices with your fabrics!

This no-sew workshop consists of cut-and-paste color studies, lots of group exercises and time with Christine to determine not just the color of fabric, but the value, temperature, and intensity, which do so much to determine the impact of a quilt.  *Book Purchase Required:  The Quilter’s Color Club by Christine Barnes.  Box Lunch Available from Panera for $12.

This dazzling special effect is surprisingly easy to achieve, once you understand a few simple concepts: When you surround a relatively small area of warm, intense color with a larger area of cooler, less-intense, darker color, your quilt will appear to glow, as if light and warmth are coming from behind.

This one-day workshop begins with a crash course in color, followed by evaluation of your fabrics to ensure success. Then you’ll begin cutting and piecing your blocks. Along the way, I’ll have lots of tips for making the process easier and more accurate. *Pattern Purchase Required:  Luminosity by Christine Barnes.  Box Lunch Available from Panera for $12.
