Hello to All! Whether you're new to our store or you're just checking in with us, welcome. Here at Quiltique we're working to be your one source quilting and sewing store. Be sure to come in and see all the newest fabrics that have arrived. We already have some holiday fabrics, yes, that means Christmas and Halloween just for starters. Of course, we also have some fun and exciting fabrics for other quilting needs. More holiday fabric will be arriving weekly so we can plan for our Christmas in July and other holiday projects. As most of you know, we are now an Authorized BERNINA Dealer. We have a full line of sewing machines, sergers and we're in the process of scheduling classes for mastering your machine as well as others that will help you take full advantage of the great features each machine has to offer. Those of you with embroidery machines, be sure to look for our classes that specialize in this fabulous way of dressing up your clothing, quilts and other items! We also have a Bernina authorized repair technician on board who works not only on Berninas but almost every major brand of machine. Bob comes in on Tuesday and Thursday, so if you need some work or just a good cleaning, bring your machine in and he'll do whatever is needed. You might consider taking a class on a Tuesday or Thursday and have your machine cleaned and/or repaired while you sew on one of our classroom machines. When you're done with class, your machine would be waiting for you to pick up; a good way of killing two birds with one stone! Again, let us know ahead of time that you want your machine done and we'll make sure our tech is here. We're headed into the heat of summer and if you're like any of us, you're looking for somewhere to hide out where it's nice and cool. Look over our class schedule to see if there's something that interests you or just drop in and sew in our classroom. You can even checkout and use one of our new BERNINA sewing machines so you don't have to cart yours all around. Be sure and call first to see if a machine and/or the classroom is available if you're coming just to sew, free sewing periods cannot be done during scheduled classes.
