The Desert Quilters of Nevada will be holding their 2012 Quilt Las Vegas show entitled “Trip Around the World” at the Henderson Convention Center. This judged show will feature over 200 traditional and art quilts as well as dolls and home decor. There will be door prizes and demonstrations throughout each day, a bed turning presentation, quilt auction and fashion show. Visitors can enjoy the Merchants Mall featuring the new DQN Boutique and purchase tickets to win one of the Circle Baskets or the beautiful Opportunity Quilt. You can go right from the show to the shop for more beautiful quilts to see and must-have fabrics, notions and sewing related goodies.
