ONLINE SHOPPING

How do I know how many yards you have in stock?
Each listing on the website will tell you APPROXIMATELY how many yards or items we have in stock.  While this number should be very close to accurate, sometimes internal and human error happens and we may not physically have what you ordered in-stock.  If we do not have exactly what you ordered, you will be refunded for any overage you may have been charged.   
I previously found something on your website and now it is not there. Where did it go?

If our physical inventory is at a zero quantity, the item is automatically removed from our website until we receive more inventory.  This avoids backorders for items.  If it is something that you want and would like to place a special order, please give us a call at 702-563-8600 and we can help.  Otherwise, just check back.  Keep in mind that many fabrics, once gone, are not replenished.  As a general rule: If you see it and like it, don’t wait as it may be gone tomorrow.  

Do I have to create an account to check out?

No. You may proceed to checkout without creating one but it will make your life easier next time you purchase on our site or if you want to look at your past orders.  

Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely! Quiltique will never share your personal information with anyone…EVER.  This site also uses SSL encrypted technology so that you can shop safely.  

SHIPPING

Why does shipping seem so expensive?
Honestly, because shipping is expensive.  While we would love to offer you free shipping, we simply cannot afford to do so on every order.  Shipping is auto-calculated on your order total by the computer. The actual shipping cost is charged when your order has been filled and packaged. This number may be higher than what the computer has estimated if you purchased sale merchandise. How is my order shipped?
We ship most of our orders by USPS Priority Mail domestically and internationally. We may, on occasion, use UPS.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We strive to send out all orders within 48 hours of receiving it.  If there is a delay for any reason, you will be contacted by us.  After that, we usually send Priority Mail so it should only take two days to arrive to your home.  Tracking will be provided by email once we ship your order.
How many yards can fit in a USPS Priority Mail envelope.

We can fit up to 5 yards of flat cotton or 3 yards of flannel into a Priority Mail envelope.

Can I pick up my order in the shop?
Yes! Just choose this option at checkout. You will be charged Nevada sales tax.

GIFT CARDS

Can I purchase a Gift Card to Quiltique?
Yes, we do sell Gift Cards. They can be purchased on-line as an eGift Card where you will receive an email with a code to shop on our website.  If you prefer to receive a physical Gift Card to use in our Brick and Mortar shop, it is best to give us a call at 702-563-8600 to complete your purchase.  We will then mail the Gift Card to you or you can pick it up in the shop.  Shipping is always free for Gift Cards.  
How long is a Gift Card valid?

Quiltique Gift Cards never expire and can be used for anything we sell.

How do I use a Gift Card to your store on your website?
If it is an eGift Card that was purchased on our website, you may enter the information at checkout and it will be applied to your purchase.  However, if you have a plastic Gift Card from in-store, please tell us that you have a gift card in the checkout notes. You may put the gift card number in the notes as well, or we can call you to retrieve the information. You will have to enter your credit card number, but we will only charge you for any difference after the Gift Card amount is deducted. (However, you will be “pre-authorized” by your bank for the full amount.

CLASSES

If I sign-up for a class on your website, how will I know what to bring?
Each class should have a Supply List in the Additional Information tab on the class.  This is provided as a courtesy to you.  It is your responsibility to know what supplies are necessary for class and bring them with you.
Do I have to buy the pattern or book for the class?

Yes and No. You will be required to bring a legal copy of the book or pattern to class but we do not require you to purchase it from us (although it would be greatly appreciated). You will always find the related book or pattern as a “companion item” on the class sign up page. Please add it to your cart as well when signing up for a class on our site (unless you already own it).

Do you have sewing machines for our use in class?
Yes. A BERNINA sewing machine may be rented for a $7.50 rental fee (plus tax) per class/per day which includes basic and specialty presser feet.  Please inform the front desk at time of class sign-up if you will need a sewing machine for your class.  Rentals are not available for Mastery Classes.
What if I need to cancel out of a class I have signed up for?
Please call us at 702-563-8600. We will be happy to help. A full Class Fee refund is available if you cancel prior to 7 days before the class date. Class fees will be refunded with a class credit if cancelled within 7 days of the class date. If you cancel on the day of your class or if you do not show, no refund will be given. How can I get a copy of THE STASH in my home mailbox?
Just contact us and we will be happy to add you to our mailing list. Please note that to continue receiving THE STASH in the mail, you will have to shop with us within the last year.  
I didn’t receive my copy of THE STASH in my mailbox. How do I get another one?

You can always see the latest copy of THE STASH here on our website. Or you can stop by the shop and we will be happy to give you one. 

How often will I receive THE STASH in my mailbox?
Three times a year: April, August, and December.

LOCATION

Do you have more than one location?
No. Our home is in Henderson, Nevada, which is a large suburb of Las Vegas. All of your online orders will be filled from this location.  Please see the “Visit Our Store” page for directions and hours.
