Q: Why is it out of stock if I can see it on-line?
A: We make every effort to remove merchandise from our site as it becomes unavailable. However, sometimes our efforts are not quick enough and you may beat us to the punch.

Q: How do I know how many yards you have in stock?
A: Unfortunately, there is no way for you to tell at this time. Please email us with any yardage questions.

Q: Do I have to create an account to check out?
A: No. You may proceed to checkout without creating one but it will make your life easier next time you purchase on our site.

Q: Is my personal information secure?
A: Absolutely! Quiltique will never share your personal information with anyone…EVER.


Q: Why does shipping seem so expensive?
A: Shipping is estimated on the order total by the computer. The actual shipping cost is charged when your order has been filled and packaged. This number may be higher than what the computer has estimated if you purchased sale merchandise. Please see our Shipping & Policies page for more details.

Q: How is my order shipped?
A: We ship most of our orders by USPS Priority Mail domestically and internationally. We may, on occasion, use UPS.

Q: How many yards can fit in a USPS Priority Mail envelope.
A: We can fit up to 5 yards of flat cotton or 3 yards of flannel into a Priority Mail envelope.

Q: Why should I pay for insurance?
A: Insurance on your package guarantees that you will receive your order OR be reimbursed for it shall it get lost in the mail. If you do not choose insurance, Quiltique will not be responsible for lost packages by USPS. Although this is a rare occurrence, it has happened.

Q: Can I pick up my order in the shop?
A: Yes. Just choose this option at checkout. You will be charged Nevada sales tax.


Q: Can I purchase a Gift Card to Quiltique?
A: Yes, we do sell Gift Cards. They can be purchased on-line, over the phone, or in our store.

Q: How long is a Gift Card valid?
A: Quiltique Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.

Q: Is there shipping charged on a Gift Card?
A: No.

Q: How do I use a Gift Card to your store on your website?
A: Please tell us that you have a gift card in the checkout notes. You may put the gift card number in the notes as well or we can call you to retrieve the information. You may still have to enter your credit card information but we will only use it for any remaining balance after the gift card has been redeemed.


Q: If I sign-up for a class on your website, how will I know what to bring?
A: A supply list will be e-mailed to the address listed on your order. If you do not receive one within 48 hours of your order, please contact us.

Q: Do I have to buy the pattern or book for the class?
A: Yes. You will be required to bring a legal copy of the book or pattern to class. You will always find the related book or pattern as a “related item” next to the class sign up page. Please add it to your cart as well when signing up for a class on our site (unless you already own it).

Q: Do you have sewing machines for our use in class?
A: YES! You can rent a BERNINA sewing machine for just $7.50 per session. A basic presser foot will be provided for you. Any specialty presser feet are your responsibility and are not available for rent.

Q: What if I need to cancel out of a class I have signed up for?
A: Please call us at 702/563-8600. We will be happy to help. Please see our Class Policies Page for restrictions.


Q: Can I return items?
A: Quiltique will happily return or exchange any unopened, unused item within 30 days with your original receipt or gift receipt. Unless the product is defective, Quiltique considers the following items a FINAL SALE: cut fabric, books, patterns, software/cd's, antiques, Bernina presser feet, clearance items and special orders. Class fees will be refunded with a store credit if cancelled within 7 days of the class date. On days of class, no refund will be given. Q: How can I get a copy of THE STASH in my mailbox?
A: Just contact us and we will be happy to add you to our mailing list. Please note that to continue receiving THE STASH in the mail, you will have to shop with us.

Q: I didn’t receive my copy of THE STASH in my mailbox. How do I get another one?
A: You can always see the latest copy of THE STASH here on our website. Or you can stop by the shop and we can give you another copy.

Q: How often will I receive THE STASH in my mailbox?
A: Three times a year: April, August, and December.


Q: Do you have more than one location?
A: No. Quiltique has one location in Henderson, Nevada, which is a suburb of Las Vegas, Nevada. All of your online orders will be filled from this location.
